Jai Smith-Rezac, Instructor & Owner Century Mill is owned by Jai Smith-Rezac.  Jai has over 20 years of experience teaching students of all levels in hunters, jumpers, equitation, dressage and eventing.  She has trained with countless top trainers of all disciplines and enjoys passing that knowledge on to her students and bringing them to the highest levels of their chosen sport.  Her positive and supportive teaching style allows her to specialize in bringing along the more timid rider.
Jai’s husband, Ron, competes in the Marshall Sterling Amateur Jumpers Division and her daughter Katelyn (2) has already been in the saddle!
Becky Kamfonik Becky Kamfonik is a graduate of  UMASS Amherst and has a degree in Natural Resource studies and Geology. Becky has been riding for 12 years and is an accomplished rider in dressage, event, huntseat and jumpers. Becky has been a longtime student of Jai Rezac and Century Mill and we are now pleased to be welcoming her to our staff! Becky is leasing Almost Midnight and is showing her in the Marshall & Sterling Jumpers this year. We look forward to cheering them on at the finals! Becky is a talented instructor as well and loves to see her students achieve and grow into accomplished riders. She likes to make her lessons fun yet educational for the younger riders and is extremely patient and supportive with the more timid students. Becky is the Program Supervisor at Century Mill and has worked to create some excellent new programs here at CMS that everyone can enjoy.     Ellen Marie Lynch CMS is proud to welcome Ellen Lynch to our teaching staff. Ellen comes to us from California where she started riding as a youngster. She is graduate of California State University, Fresno and was a successful member of the NCAA equestrian team. Ellen has ridden and shown hunter/jumper, event, dressage and western with top trainers in the U.S. and is currently pursuing her dreams to further her career in combined training and hunter/jumpers. Ellen is a gifted instructor who has an upbeat and supportive style of teaching that encourages people to learn and have fun, too! Ellen especially enjoys teaching children and helping them develop confidence and solid horsemanship skills.
